Mercy Home Care programs utilize an interdisciplinary team. Under the direction of a medical director, the team develops and manages a patient's plan of care, augmented by daily communication and meetings.

Mercy Medical accepts referrals from orthopedists, neurologists, cardiologists, pulmonologists, oncologists, and other clinicians. Our services encompass but are not limited to wound management, radiology services, physical therapy, social work services, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, post surgery care, cardiovascular rehabilitation, orthopedic rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, pain management, urology management, and rehabilitation nursing.
Mercy Home Care is covered by Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, workers’ compensation, and private payment. Medicare and Medicaid require patients be referred by a physician, have a medical condition requiring the care of a nurse, and be homebound (except for occasional outings).
