The Pediatric Home Care team works with the family and the physician to design a plan of care that meets their needs. Administered under the supervision of a patient’s physician, pediatric nurses provide continuity in the patient’s care.

Since 1998, Mercy Pediatric Home Care has served more than 1000 families in Mobile and Baldwin counties. It is one of the only programs that provides home health, palliative and hospice care to children in both counties.
