Mercy Hospice Home Care is administered by a team of trained, healthcare professionals including a patient’s physician; a medical director; skilled nurses; home health aides; a social worker; physical, occupational, respiratory* and speech therapists; a pharmacist;* a registered dietitian;* a volunteer coordinator; and a chaplain.

Mercy’s hospice team provides services in the patient home: a private residence, nursing home, assisted living facility or wherever the patient lives.

Combining patient and family education with comprehensive planning, Mercy Home Care programs focus on quality care and family support. Mercy treats the patient’s mind, body and spirit and provides patients and their families with privacy, respect and dignity.
