On Thursday, August 23, 2007, Catherine Place, a Mercy Medical assisted living community, hosted its annual Luau in Daphne, Alabama. More than 200 residents, family members, guests and Mercy staff attended, making this year’s Luau the biggest one held at Catherine Place. The event included festive live entertainment by Gary and Patty Headley, family members of Fern Headley, a Catherine Place resident. Attendees enjoyed singing, dancing and Hawaiian refreshments.
